Special requirements always call for specific materials. To achieve the best possible results, the printing system must be perfectly adjusted to the material. This requires a lot of time and experience. Incorrect settings lead to poor print quality and also to financial losses, as failed prototypes cost material and time. Through many thousands of printing hours, we have learned which adjustment screws have to be turned in order to achieve high print quality. Involves both the printer itself (nozzle, build plate, build space...) and the software behind it. We will be happy to advise you which settings are best suited for your material.
